This pricing is indicative only. Actual fees may vary based on the treatment received during the appointment, and if you have preferred provider private health insurance.

Appointment cost

Standard GP appointment (Level B)          $90.00

Long GP appointment (Level C)                   $135.00

Pension (healthcare card holders)             $75.00

O-16 Years of Age – We Bulk Bill                  $50.00

Billing policy

We are a mixed billing practice. We offer bulk billing to patients under the age of 15, and DVA.

Cancellation / non-attendance policy

If you can no longer attend the appointment, please cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email or Healthengine app.

Translating Service

Please advise our Reception staff in advance if you require a free interpreting service from the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) and we can arrange this for you.

New patient policy

If you are a new patient, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete a new patient form. Please bring your Medicare card and any concession or health care cards.

Drug prescription policy 

Appointments are required to obtain a prescription. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines and opioids to any new patients.

COVID-19 policy

If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, have travelled overseas or interstate in the last 14 days or have been in contact with a suspected case of COVID-19, please stay at home and book a phone consultation.
